Official “5 Million Views Contest” Drawing Rules 

  1. YouTube and Amazon.com are not sponsors of this contest. Participants agree to release YouTube and Amazon.com from all liability related to this contest. See YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
  2. Entry to the drawing must be done via the commets area on the Ask Doctor Jo “5 Million View Celebration Contest” video (https://youtu.be/j_ANa6sqOJg), the contest blog post at http://www.askdoctorjo.com/content/5-million-view-celebration-contest, or via the Rafflecopter Widget on the Ask Doctor Jo web page (http://www.askdoctorjo.com/content/5-million-view-celebration-contest). Only entries as defined in these areas will be eligible for the drawing.
  3. Entries deemed fraudulent on non-compliant by AskDoctorJo will be disqualified.
  4. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
  5. All contest entrants must be 18 or older to participate.
  6. Drawing is open worldwide as allowable by local laws, however, winner must be able to receive an Amazon Gift Card (with a USD monetary value) via Amazon electronic delivery. No alternate prize is available. If winner cannot receive the Amazon Gift Card electronically, another winner will be selected.
  7. Prize is one $25 (USD) Amazon Gift Card.
  8. Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Winner selection is final and cannot be disputed.
  9. Winner will be contacted via the YouTube account, Disqus account, or email address they used to submit their entry. If the YouTube or Disqus account is no longer active, the email address is not valid, the entry was submitted via an anonymous account, or the winner does not acknowledged the win within 15 days, another winner will be selected at random.
  10. Entries deemed vulgar in nature, or not suitable for a PG rating, will be immediately removed and disqualified. AskDoctorJo’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  11. Entries for the prize drawing will run from noon EST, September 15, 2015 until midnight EST October 1, 2015. Entries received after that date will not qualify.
  12. Some questions submitted will appear in an upcoming Ask Doctor Jo video. If you do not want your question(s) included, you must note in your comment that you do not want it included and it is for contest entry purposes only.
  13. PRIVACY: We will not pass on your details to any third party other than the Rafflecopter Widget, which is required to run this drawing. We will not reuse email data for any other purpose than this drawing. See our Privacy Policy.
