My favorite exercise for the shoulder area is a shoulder or scapular squeeze. It’s great for the shoulders, neck, and upper back. This exercise is performed in real-time, so it’s easy to follow along if you want.

Working at a desk or gaming all day can cause people to get stiff and tight in their upper body and lower body. This can also cause forward posture. These quick desk exercises will help reset muscles and keep the blood circulating in your body.
Achy Knee Pain Relief
An achy knee is often caused by tightness or weakness in the muscles around the knee. These knee stretches and exercises should help relieve the knee pain.
Seated Stretches for Seniors
This seated stretching routine for seniors focuses on simple stretches that can help loosen up the muscles in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and knees.
Varicose Veins
Varicose veins are a result of poor circulation in your legs. When the blood is not flowing properly, it pools up in the veins, and causes them to bulge out and become cord-like. General exercises can help provide relief.
Knee Pain Relief
Knee pain can be caused by many things. Often a tight quadricep muscle can cause knee pain. My favorite stretch for this area is a quad stretch. It’s great for the knee, hip, and thigh area.
Hip Pain Relief
Hip pain can also cause pain in your back and knees. Loosening up the hip joint and strengthening the muscles around the area should help decrease the pain.
