Looking for a simple way to help strengthen your core and back? Try a diagonal curl up.

To perform a diagonal curl up:

  1. Lie down on your back with your knees propped up. Put your arms out in front of you.

  2. Keeping your neck in a neutral position, lift your back off the ground while reaching and rotating to one side, and slowly come back down. Repeat to the other side.
