Looking for an easy way to stretch your hip? Try Hip abduction in sidelying.
To perform hip abduction in sidelying:
Lie on your side with the leg you want to exercise on top. The bottom leg can be slightly bent. Keeping your hips perpendicular to the ground and your body in a straight line. Pull your toes up towards you to lock out your knee.
Leading with your heel, lift your leg about 12 inches off the ground, and slowly come back down.
