Looking for a great way to help stretch out the shoulder while increasing range of motion? Try the inferior capsular stretch.
To perform the inferior capsular stretch:
Take the arm of the side you want to stretch, and bring it up in the air.
Bend your arm back, bringing your hand behind you making your elbow point towards the ceiling. Take your other hand and push your elbow back until you feel a stretch. Hold the stretch.
