2. No purchase necessary. To enter the drawing, sign-up for the Ask Doctor Jo Newsletter. The official newsletter sign-up page is located at http://mad.ly/signups/107100/join or you can sign up from any page on http://www.askdoctorjo.com using the “Subscribe to my newsletter” widget on the left hand column of the site.
3. Only sign-ups for the newsletter that are complete and also confirmed/activated via email are eligible for the drawing.
4. Entries deemed fraudulent by AskDoctorJo will be disqualified.
5. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
6. All contest entrants must be 18 or older to participate.
7. Drawing is open worldwide as allowable by local laws, however, winner must be able to receive an Amazon Gift Card (with a USD monetary value) via Amazon electronic delivery. No alternate prize is available. If winner cannot receive the Amazon Gift Card electronically, the winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected.

9. Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
10. Winner selection is final and cannot be disputed.
