Neck Flexors
The neck flexor muscles are a set of deep muscles in the front of your neck that help keep your neck in a neutral position, and they also help with posture. Neck Flexors often become overused and weak due to long term phone and computer use. This causes forward neck posture which can cause pain, headaches, and sometimes even dizziness. These neck flexor stretches and exercises should help.
Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief
These plantar fasciitis foot pain treatments should help relieve pain. Plantar fasciitis is basically an inflammation of the fascia on the bottom of the foot. It can lead to foot pain and make it hard to walk.

Favorite Shoulder Stretch
One of my favorite stretches for shoulder pain relief is an arms above the head stretch. It’s great for the shoulders as well as the neck, and upper back.
Wrist Pain Relief
Tightness & pain in the wrists and forearms is common if you work on a computer or with your hands for long periods. This wrist flexor & extensor stretch is a great way to relieve pain in the wrists, hands, and elbows.
Finger Arthritis
Finger arthritis can make it difficult to do everyday tasks, and it can be very painful. These simple finger stretches and exercises should help relieve the pain.
Vagus Nerve Pulsetto FIT
Vagus nerve stimulation uses gentle electrical impulses to stimulate the vagus nerve. The vagus nerves control our parasympathetic system (resting and digesting) by sending signals to the brain to release calming neurotransmitters.
Cervical Neck Traction
Cervical traction is a popular treatment for general neck pain relief and specific diagnoses like: a pinched nerve known as radiculopathy, disc issues, arthritis, stenosis, and a few others.

Favorite Writs Exercise
My favorite exercise to strengthen the wrist is a wrist flexion/extension with a weight. It’s great for the wrist, hand, and elbow.
