To perform the piriformis stretch knee to opposite shoulder:
Lie on your back with your knees propped up. Cross the leg you want to stretch over the other leg with the ankle on the knee. Grab the knee of the side you want to stretch with the opposite hand.
Pull it up and across your body towards the opposite shoulder. Hold the stretch.
