Got lower back pain? Try a prone press up. It’s great for helping to stretch out your lower back and relieve lower back pain.

To perform prone press ups:

  1. Lie down on your stomach with your palms on the ground just above your shoulders.

  2. Push up with your arms trying to straighten them, and try to keep your hips on the ground. Relax your back and hold the stretch.
