If you have back pain or weak/tight core and back muscles, then try a quadruped opposite arm leg extension. It’s a great exercise to help strengthen your back and core and to help relieve back pain.
To perform a quadruped opposite arm leg extension:
Get on all fours in quadruped. Keep your back straight and your hips in a neutral position.
Lift one arm straight out in front of you while kicking your opposite leg straight out behind you. Slowly come back down. Then repeat with the other side.
