If you have a lot of tension in yor shoulders, or you want to increase your shoulder mobility, try some shoulder circles.

To perform shoulder circles:

  1. Start with your shoulders relaxed and your arms by your side.

  2. Bring your shoulders up and forward and then down and back, making a circle. You can also reverse it.
