If you’re looking for a great way to help strengthen your core, hips, and lower back, try some anterior & posterior pelvic tilts on a swiss ball.

To perform anterior and posterior pelvic tilts on a swiss ball:

  1. Sit on the ball with your hips and knees at about a 90 degree angle.

  2. Keeping your back straight and upright, and just moving at your hips and pelvis, slide your hips forwards and then backwards.
