If you’re looking for a way to help improve your balance, try the tandem stance with your eyes closed. Make sure you have something sturdy next to you in case you need it to steady yourself.

To perform the tandem stance with your eyes closed:

  1. Stand next to something sturdy for balance. Place one foot directly in front of the other like you are standing on a tight rope. 

  2. Close your eyes and balance, and then switch feet.
