If you’re looking for a great way to help stretch out your back, try an upper body extension.

To perform an upper body extension:

  1. Lie on your stomach with a pillow underneath your chest and your hands behind your back.

  2. Keeping your hips on the ground, lift your upper body off of the ground. Slowly come back down.
