Heel Pain
Heel pain can be caused by a number of things such as heel spurs (or bone spurs), Achilles tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis.These treatments should help relieve the pain.
Plantar Fasciitis
These stretches for plantar fasciitis are to stretch out the fascia on the bottom of the foot that is irritated to help decrease the pain when walking.
Ankle Sprain
Ankle sprains are different grades depending on how severe they are. These ankle sprain treatments are for an early sprain where you want to get some movement, but you don’t want to overdo it.
