Neck pain can make it difficult to perform everyday activities. Here are some of my favorite neck stretches and exercises to help relieve pain.

Upper trap, levator scapulae, and SNAGS/cervical rotation are all simple stretches to get started. These should help loosen up tight neck muscles and relieve pain in the neck and shoulder area.
