If you have weak wrists or a wrist injury like a sprain or strain, then try some wrist extensions with a weight. They are a great exercise to help strengthen your wrists to prevent injuries or to help rehab an existing wrist injury.
To perform wrist extension with a weight:
Rest your elbow on a table top with your wrist hanging off the edge and your elbow bent. Hold onto a weight or soup can, palm facing down.
Move your fist down and up.
