If you’ve got wrist pain due to overuse or an injury, then Wrist Flexor Stretches with Elbow Extension are a great way to help relieve the pain. By stretching out the muscles and connective tissue that flex your wrists, you can also increase mobility in your wrists to help prevent future injuries.

To perform a Wrist Flexor Stretches with Elbow Extension:

  1. Put your arm straight out in front of you with your elbow straight. Extend your fingers with your palm down.

  2. Bending only at your wrist, lift your fingers up towards the ceiling. You can add pressure with your other hand. Hold the stretch.
