Looking for an easy way to help stretch and strengthen your ankles and feet? Try some heel and toe raises seated. They may seem simple, but they work great.
To perform heel and toe raises seated:
Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Raise your toes as high as you can keeping your heels on the ground.
Come back down, and then raise your heels as high as you can keeping your toes on the ground.
