Need help strengthening your legs? Lunges are an easy way to strengthen your legs and knees.

To perform a lunge:

  1. Stand with one foot in front of the other about 2 feet apart. Keep both feet facing forward.

  2. Keeping your back straight and your front knee behind your toes, bring your back knee down towards the ground, and slowly come back up.
