Supine Knee to Chest Stretch
For general back pain relief, hold this stretch for 30 seconds, and repeat the stretch 3 times on each side.
Supine Trunk Rotation
For general back pain relief, hold this stretch for 30 seconds, and repeat the stretch 3 times on each side.
Prayer Stretch/Child’s Pose
