When it’s hard to take a deep breath, it can often be from tight chest and pec muscles from poor posture. However, if you are having difficulty breathing or if it’s painful, check in with your doctor or physical therapist to make sure it’s not something serious.

These simple breathing exercises should help open up the chest area to help you breathe better.
