Shoulder pain can be caused by a lot of things.because many muscles around the shoulder go up into the neck as well and can cause shoulder pain.

My favorite exercise for this area is a shoulder or scapular squeeze. It’s great for the shoulders, neck, and upper back.

Cervical Spondylosis
