Bunions, aka hallux valgus, can cause significant pain and discomfort, affecting daily activities and overall foot health. In this video, I show simple yet effective bunion stretches and exercises designed to relieve bunion pain.

So what is a Bunion? A bunion is a bony bump that forms on the joint at the base of your big toe. It occurs when some of the bones in the front part of your foot move out of place. This causes the tip of your big toe to get pulled toward the smaller toes, and it forces the joint at the base of your big toe to stick out. This misalignment often leads to pain, swelling, and discomfort when wearing shoes or walking.

By incorporating these targeted bunion exercises into your routine, you can help reduce pain and discomfort from bunions.
