Foot pain comes from a variety of things. Since circulation is often not as great in the feet, using a TENS Unit can help reduce pain and increase overall blood flow to the area.

In this video, I talk about some of the benefits of using a TENS Unit on the feet. I also show various TENS pad placements on the feet to help relieve pain and increase circulation.

In the video, I’m using DR-HO’S Circulation Promoter TENS/EMS Unit. It’s a nice unit for using all over the body, but the best part is the circulation promoter’s foot platform which is specifically designed for the feet.
