Wrist pain can be caused by many things. Many of the muscles in the wrist area go up into the elbow as well. My favorite exercise to strengthen the wrist is a wrist flexion/extension with a weight. It’s great for the wrist, hand, and elbow.

This exercise is performed in real-time, so it’s easy to follow along if you want.
