Upper Trapezius Stretch
For general neck pain relief, hold this stretch for 30 seconds, and repeat the stretch 3 times on each side.
Levator Scapulae Stretch
For general neck pain relief, hold this stretch for 30 seconds, and repeat the stretch 3 times on each side.
Chin Tucks
For general neck pain relief, hold this stretch for 3-5 seconds, and repeat the stretch 5 times.
